The zone of Tus is characterised by a generally Mediterranean climate.
Due to the altitude, the climate of the area where the Spa is situated is classified as subalpine. It is characterised by a mountain forest climate in which the organic matter provides greater thermal stability, an increase in negative electrical charges in the ozone, and purification of the atmosphere: this is the opposite of what happens in urban or desert areas.
It is particularly dry and mild. Since the valley is protected from winds and snow by the rocky walls of Calar del Mundo y de la Sima, the humidity levels are relatively low.
In summer there is less rainfall, with relatively high temperatures during the day, and cool nights. Winters are somewhat wetter and cooler, with heavy snowfall in high regions.
